Eye on Ljubljana X

hi. i will be providing a critique for your picture.

i went through 4 pages looking for something amazing. out of hundreds, this caught my eye. the angle with the clouds has an impact on me. i can see this being in a movie or a panel in a crime comic or even a comic about the super natural.

im wondering how it looks in colour, but at the same time, im afraid it would take away from the impact. maybe a few parts in colour, like the windows, for an added effect.
